Great to meet you!

I'm a licensed therapist, songwriter, and former middle school teacher who works with educators, helpers, and creatives who feel overwhelmed or stuck. I work with adults who are seeking a therapist with warmth, clarity, and practical tools as they move toward feeling like their true self again. I studied human development and neuroscience at UCSD before earning a masters in Counseling Psychology.

My approach to therapy

Therapy with me is collaborative, supportive, and organic. I use a trauma-informed mindfulness-based approach (weaving together components of CBT, DBT, ACT, psychodynamic, somatic awareness, and parts-work), to help you understand what's happening and build skills that work in real life. Together, we focus on helping you feel more grounded, confident, and aligned with what matters most to you. You set the pace, and we adjust as your needs change.

What you can expect from me

In your first session, you can expect a calm, welcoming space where you can share what's been weighing on you. We'll talk about how you want to feel and begin identifying clear, achievable goals. There's no pressure to have it all figured out. Most clients leave feeling heard, supported, and more hopeful about what's possible.
