Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Lamaze Certified Childbirth Educator who supports adolescents and adults through anxiety, trauma, and major life transitions. I have a special focus on reproductive mental health, including infertility, loss, pregnancy, and postpartum experiences. Therapy with me is collaborative, affirming, and paced to what feels right for you.

My approach to therapy

My style is warm, relational, and grounded in evidence-based care. Together, we’ll clarify goals, build practical coping skills, and gently explore patterns that may be keeping you stuck—while honoring your strengths and lived experiences. I offer affirming, inclusive care that respects diverse identities, family structures, and cultural backgrounds.

My goal is to help you feel more connected to yourself, your values, and the life you want to create.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect the first session to feel welcoming, supportive, and low-pressure. We’ll spend time getting to know what brings you to therapy, what you’re hoping for, and what feels most important right now. I focus on creating a calm, safe space where you feel heard and understood. By the end of the session, we’ll begin to clarify goals and identify next steps, so you leave with a sense of direction and reassurance that you don’t have to navigate this alone.
