Great to meet you!

I believe a safe environment is key to maneuvering the ups and downs that life presents and that each person is worthy of a healing space. I also believe that with courage and persistence, my clients have inherent strengths and abilities that enable them to be successful in living authentic lives. Many of my clients are young adults and college students, however I also work with teens and older adults. My practice is deeply inclusive and I welcome clients of all sexual orientations and gender identities as well as those from diverse backgrounds of all kinds.

My approach to therapy

I work with clients of all ages and specialize in treating trauma/PTSD, attachment issues, ADHD, and behavioral & academic difficulties. I also help those struggling with self-worth and identity concerns. I have extensive experience with clients under 18 and have worked with many adults in their process of overcoming various concerns.

What you can expect from me

A meaningful therapy process looks different between clients, and a strong connection allows for a meaningful experience to develop. Your therapist should feel like the "just right" fit for you - if you'd like to explore if we may be a fit, please reach out or email.
