Great to meet you!

Have you been let down by the mental health system? If you've been rushed through appointments, given quick diagnoses, or told your labs are "fine" when you know something is off, I want you to know you're not alone—and you're in the right place. As a psychiatric nurse practitioner, I created my practice for individuals like you who are ready to move beyond symptom-chasing and find a clear, root-cause understanding of their mental health.

My approach to therapy

My approach is built on three pillars that integrate the best of modern science and holistic care. We start with precision psychiatry, using in-depth diagnostic evaluations and targeted lab testing (including metabolic and hormonal assessments) to see the full picture. From there, I use advanced psychopharmacology to tailor medication strategies to your unique neurobiology—not a generic, one-size-fits-all plan. Finally, we weave in integrative treatments, including nutritional, psychological, and lifestyle interventions, to support your whole self.

I specialize in helping teens and adults navigate depression, anxiety, emotional dysregulation, and chronic stress, especially when these issues feel complex or unexplained. In our sessions, I blend evidence-based medication management with therapeutic techniques from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and psychodynamic approaches. This allows us to not only bring you stability but also build your emotional resilience and deepen your self-understanding for lasting change.

I believe that true healing happens when you feel seen, heard, and understood. My goal is to be your partner in this process, providing care that is evidence-based, deeply personalized, and empowering. If you're ready to finally get answers, I invite you to book a session and begin your journey toward clarity and well-being.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a 90-minute comprehensive evaluation where my primary goal is to listen and truly understand your story. I create a supportive, non-judgmental space where you can feel safe sharing what you've been going through. We'll start with what's bringing you to seek care, and I'll listen closely as you describe your symptoms and how they're impacting your daily life.

Next, we'll dive deeper with a complete integrative assessment. This includes a full review of your psychiatric and medical history, a look at sleep and metabolic factors, and a discussion of what has—and hasn't—worked for you in the past. This whole-person view helps me identify the root causes of your symptoms, not just the surface-level issues.

By the end of our session, you won't leave with a quick diagnosis or a rushed prescription. Instead, you will have my initial diagnostic impressions, a clear understanding of your treatment options, and a personalized plan that we've developed together. If medication is appropriate, we'll discuss how it works, what to expect, and any questions you have, ensuring you feel empowered and informed every step of the way. You will leave our first meeting with a sense of clarity, direction, and the confidence that you finally have a partner in your health journey.
