Great to meet you!

I specialize in relationship issues and trauma, using a culturally attuned and responsive approach to understand your unique story and support meaningful change.

I work with clients who feel stuck in patterns - whether that’s conflict in relationships, emotional overwhelm and anxiety, or difficulty feeling secure and connected. I understand how hard it can be to reach out, and both my personal and professional experience allow me to create a space that feels genuine, supportive, and productive.

Clients often describe me as warm, direct, and deeply attuned. I won’t just listen - I’ll help you make sense of what’s happening and guide you toward real, lasting reflection and healing.

My approach to therapy

My approach integrates attachment-based and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) with somatic, solution-focused, and narrative work. I believe healing happens not only through insight, but also through understanding how your experiences live within your emotions, body, relationships, and patterns.

In our work together, we won’t just talk about what’s happening—we’ll build awareness of the deeper emotional and physical responses connected to your experiences and explore new ways of relating to yourself and others. My goal is to help create meaningful, lasting shifts that support greater connection, balance, and well-being in your everyday life.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a relaxed yet structured conversation designed to help us understand what’s bringing you in and what you’re hoping for from therapy. We’ll explore your current challenges, relevant history, and relationship patterns, while beginning to identify the areas that feel most important to focus on. You don’t need to have the “right words” or everything figured out—I’ll help guide the process in a supportive and approachable way.

My goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable, heard, and understood from the very beginning. By the end of the session, you can expect to leave with greater clarity, a clearer sense of direction, and hope for the healing and growth ahead.
