Great to meet you!

Are you lying awake at night replaying conversations, questioning your relationship, or wondering why you keep getting stuck in the same patterns? I’m Erin DePrizio, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who works with adults, couples, and teens navigating relationships, anxiety, ADHD, trauma, and life transitions. My approach is warm, practical, and focused on helping you understand what’s underneath the patterns that keep you feeling stuck. We can start with what’s keeping you up at night and work from there.

My approach to therapy

If you’re overwhelmed, questioning yourself, or stuck in the same relationship or anxiety patterns, we’ll work together to understand what’s happening and what you can actually do about it. My approach is warm, direct, and practical, using concrete tools for communication, boundaries, emotional regulation, and healthier patterns. You’ll have a supportive space to talk...but we’ll also work toward real change.

What you can expect from me

We’ll start with what’s keeping you up at night...the relationship you can’t stop thinking about, the anxiety that won’t quiet down, or the situation you feel stuck in. Together, we’ll identify what’s happening, what you need, and where you want things to change. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, less overwhelmed, and with a clearer path forward.
