Great to meet you!

Creating an open, non-judgmental space where you can speak freely and feel truly heard is important to me. I take a collaborative, strengths-based approach, helping you identify unhelpful thought patterns and develop more balanced ways of thinking and coping. Using tools from CBT, ACT, and mindfulness, I focus on building practical skills you can use in your daily life so that you can move toward relief, healthier habits, and a greater sense of balance and self-confidence.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is compassionate, collaborative, and strengths-based. I focus on creating a space where you can be open and honest about what you’re experiencing, knowing you are truly heard. I believe meaningful change happens when we work together to understand what’s keeping you stuck and identify the strengths you already have to move forward.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a welcoming and supportive space where we begin getting to know one another. I will take time to gather important background information, including your personal history, current concerns, and what has brought you to therapy at this point in your life. This helps me understand the full picture of your experiences and the challenges you’re facing.

We will also talk about what you hope to gain from therapy and begin identifying goals together. These goals give us a clear direction and help us track your progress over time, while still allowing flexibility as your needs evolve. My priority in the first session is for you to feel comfortable, heard, and supported as we lay the foundation for meaningful, collaborative work moving forward.
