Great to meet you!

Hi! I’m Erin Mitchell, a licensed psychotherapist with over 12 years of experience helping people navigate life. While I’m a trained professional, I’m also human—I’ve been through my own challenges, which helps me support you without judgment, no matter your background or experiences. I specialize in helping people with past traumatic life experiences find their voice and build balanced, fulfilling lives.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I’m not here to tell you what to do with your life—I’m here to provide a safe space where you feel heard, supported, and empowered to make decisions that work for you. My approach is compassionate and collaborative. I use evidence-based techniques, humor, and straight-talk to help you understand your past experiences, figure out what you want out of life, and create a plan to get there. Then I'll walk with on that journey until you're ready to go on your own.

What you can expect from our first session

Life may have thrown some curveballs your way, but you’re not broken—just a work in progress like the rest of us. In our work together, you’ll gain clarity about how your past experiences impact you, and how resilient you are because of them. You’ll learn to create and protect your peace, communicate confidently, and understand your value. You’ll leave with tools to manage triggers, navigate challenges, handle emotions, and a plan to find the joy you’ve always deserved.
