Great to meet you!

Hello! I’m a dedicated and compassionate mental health counselor committed to supporting individuals on their journey toward emotional wellness, personal growth, and healing. I strive to create a safe, welcoming, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to express themselves openly. I use a Christian-centered approach, though you do not have to identify with that particular belief system to be a client-all are welcomed. My goal is to help clients navigate life’s challenges, develop effective coping strategies, strengthen resilience, and discover the tools to achieve lasting change.

My approach to therapy

I use a variety of perspectives, through a Christ-centered lens, to explore the challenges you are facing. Our work can include practical strategies for managing anxiety and depression, as well as deeper exploration of emotional experiences and relational patterns. We will work together to understand what brings you to therapy, identify meaningful goals, and find an approach that feels helpful for you.

I am also a certified nutritionist, and can help navigate health and food concerns. There is a strong connection between mental health and physical well-being, and I often find that addressing one can help the other :)

What you can expect from me

Reaching out for therapy can feel vulnerable, especially if you’re used to managing things on your own. Our first session will be a safe space where you can show up as you are, feel heard, and begin working toward change at your own pace. We'll chat about what is troubling you, and come up with goals to begin the healing process. If this approach resonates with you, I invite you to reach out to see if we might be a good fit.
