I am a Licensed Independent Social Worker, Supervisor and I celebrate connecting with others. I enjoy working with all people types who are ready for a change, and I have a history of special interests in adolescents, young adults, and LGBTQIA population. I have experience in crisis response, Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP), inpatient services, school based services, mental health and substance use outpatient individual and family counseling. I utilize a generalist approach with varying interventions, specialization in EMDR, solution focused, CBT, DBT, ACT, role theory, patient centered, and behavior modification.

In our time together we can establish goals meaningful for your needs and what approach is best fitting. I find it important to work with your already existing strengths and develop skills for physical, mental and emotional improvement. Through this work, we can find a place where you feel confident enough to be “your own therapist” because healing is possible!
