Great to meet you!

Loving presence is at the heart of my practice. I trust the inner wisdom of each individual and view the therapist-client relationship as a collaboration. I work from a humanistic perspective, rooted in the belief that individuals are inherently motivated towards health and well-being. From a place of self-compassion and vulnerability, I believe meaningful, lasting change is always possible.

My approach to therapy

My clinical experience includes addressing anxiety, depression, life transitions, family-of-origin issues, and eating disorders. I understand how important it is for each of us to feel seen, heard, and accepted exactly as we are. I especially love helping women discover their inherent strength and resilience through mindful self-compassion.

What you can expect from me

I view therapy as an opportunity for growth and healing. Though it requires commitment and courage, therapy also invites spaciousness and the freedom to imagine a life of greater depth and meaning.
