Yes you! It's so great that you took the step to begin, or resume putting your mental health first! As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I have a passion for working with teens and adults as they navigate all the ups and downs that come with this ever changing, ever growing life we live! I have been practicing for over 5 years and find my passion really lies with individuals struggling with substance use, anxiety, and/or and teenagers trying to "find" themselves.

I pride myself in really taking a collaborative approach to navigating life's challenging moments. I strongly believe that education is key, and the best way to help ourselves is to know ourselves! I'm not one to sit back in awkward silence while jotting down notes; I am here to talk with you! We are in this together!
