Great to meet you!

With a background in social work, I take a holistic and open-minded approach to therapy that is collaborative, creative, and goal-oriented. I specialize in treating neurodivergent clients, especially those diagnosed with ADHD, anxiety, and depression.

My approach to therapy

I incorporate techniques from CBT, DBT, ACT and IFS to treat many different mental health symptoms. What that means is I pull from a wide variety of approaches to use what works for you!

What you can expect from me

I like to create a warm, welcoming and empowering environment in therapy making sure you feel heard and understood at each session. We will focus on goals that we can accomplish together and clients that work with me see an improvement on objective assessment measures after a few months working together. If you want real change, you've come to the right therapist.
