Hello, I’m Erin Goff. I received my master degree from Salisbury University in 2018. During my time there, I provided therapy to women who have experienced domestic violence. I have since provided therapy to teen and adults, focusing on treating anxiety and depression disorders. I believe in taking a holistic and mindful approach to mental health and assist clients with different strategies to assist them with managing stress and worry.

In my practice, I believe in utilizing a humanistic approach to therapy and provide all my clients with unconditional positive regard to assist them with exploring their emotions. Creating a safe, comfortable environment is important to me, as I assist client’s with developing awareness of their emotions and thoughts.

Clients can expect to experience a decrease in anxiety and depression. As well as, an increased awareness of their emotional wellbeing.
