Great to meet you!

As a counselor and former RN, I have dedicated my professional time to helping others. I feel honored to be a part of someone's healing process, and rewarded to watch them grow and thrive. I worked as an RN for 10 years, and have been a counselor for the past 7. I am also Board Certified in Neurofeedback, and offer this as a modality as well.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I use an integrative approach, which helps me create a plan that will best serve each client's individual needs best. I have an extensive background in physiology, and will include brain function in most treatment plans as well. I believe in collaborating with clients, because it is important that they feel seen, heard, and respected, however I will also challenge clients as needed.

What you can expect from our first session

In general, we as humans do better with structure and clear expectations. For this reason, I try to create goals that feel concrete, as well as supporting tasks, interventions and "homework", to help each client meet their goals.
