Great to meet you!

As a licensed clinical social worker, I’ve had the privilege of helping people navigate some of life’s most challenging moments. Whether you're coping with cancer, grieving a loss, going through a divorce, or facing a major life transition, you don’t have to go through it alone.

Sometimes we feel stuck—caught in patterns that no longer serve us. My role is to help you recognize what’s holding you back and support you in taking meaningful steps toward the life you want. Together, we’ll work to create space for healing, growth, and lasting change.

My approach to therapy

I see therapy as a collaborative and deeply personal process—one that’s unique to each individual. I believe you are the expert in your own life, and my role is to walk alongside you with respect, curiosity, and compassion.

Together, we’ll explore what healing and growth look like for you. Sometimes that means building acceptance around things that can’t be changed, cultivating self-compassion, or rediscovering meaning and purpose. Other times, it’s about learning new coping strategies, working through painful emotions, or strengthening your sense of self and what truly matters to you.

My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, supported, and empowered to move forward in a way that feels authentic and sustainable.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, my focus is on getting to know you—your story, your challenges, and what brought you to therapy. Just as importantly, I want you to get a sense of who I am, how I work, and whether this feels like a good fit for you.

My hope is that you leave our session feeling heard, supported, and safe. You’ll know you’re in a space where your experiences are respected and where you’re working with someone who genuinely cares and has the tools to help you feel better. Over time, you can expect to gain insight, build resilience, and develop practical strategies to support your healing and growth.
