My approach to therapy
My first approach is always to view symptoms through a "trauma lens", considering the impact of traumatic or stressful experiences on a person's functioning. I believe that developing a sense of connection to others and the world is at the foundation of healing and I use a strengths-based approach to support others to discover ways to develop this.
