Great to meet you!

I have over twenty years of experience with anxiety, grief, trauma, relationship issues and parenting, among other issues. In particular, I have worked with loneliness, burnout, social anxiety, and self esteem.

My education is from Binghamton University, Boston College, and Northeastern University. Fully licensed in NY and MA, I have additional specialized training in trauma informed care, DBT, grief, and anxiety.

My approach to therapy

I believe that empowerment and healing can come through self-connection, use of more adaptive tools and learning how to approach this sometimes overwhelming world in a way that feels more manageable. During our time together, I hope to provide an authentic and safe space for you to revive your joy, feel whole versus disjointed, and seek to create a balance between challenge and kindness for yourself.

What you can expect from me

Whether you're navigating a new, major life change, or managing a familiar experience, I recognize that reaching out to begin this journey is a brave and important step. There is a difference between 'surviving' and feeling alive.

We’ll find ways to talk about the hard things, and I'm capable of facing them with you in a way that feels more seen and less alone. I am aware of the privilege it is to accompany you, and I am currently open to accepting new Telehealth clients.
