Great to meet you!

If you are a woman ready to tap into your inner strength and move in a new direction in life, I would be honored to walk alongside you on that journey. My name is Erin C. Hayes, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Master of Science in Social Work from Columbia University (2003). My passion and mission are centered on empowering women of all ages to recognize their strengths, overcome challenges, and build the confidence they need to navigate the stressors of everyday life. I believe that every woman has the ability to create meaningful change in her life with the right support and tools.

My approach to therapy

In my practice, I use Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help women manage anxiety, depression, eating disorders, medical issues, and other challenges. By shifting negative thought patterns, CBT creates lasting emotional and behavioral change. I also draw from other modalities to ensure treatment is flexible and tailored to each client’s needs.

What you can expect from me

I value the role of past experiences in shaping who we are. By exploring your history, we can build the future you want. My goal is to offer a supportive, compassionate space where you feel understood and empowered to uncover your strengths, grow in confidence, and move forward with resilience and purpose.
