Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Erin Hopper, PMHNP-BC.

Seeking help for your mental health can feel overwhelming, especially when you’ve been struggling for a while or haven’t felt truly heard by a healthcare provider. My goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable being honest, understood, and respected—without judgment.

As a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, I take a whole-person, individualized approach to mental health care. I believe there is no one-size-fits-all treatment plan. Your experiences, goals, relationships, lifestyle, and overall well-being all matter when we consider what treatment may be right for you.

I want you to feel like you have a partner in your care—not simply someone writing a prescription. Together, we’ll take the time to understand what you’re experiencing, talk through your options, and develop a treatment plan that feels realistic and aligned with your goals.

Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood changes, life transitions, or simply feel like something isn’t quite right, you don’t have to figure it out alone. You deserve to feel heard. You deserve to feel supported. And you deserve care that sees you as a whole person.

I would be honored to be part of your journey toward feeling more like yourself again.

My approach to therapy

I believe that effective mental health care is never one-size-fits-all. My approach is holistic, collaborative, and deeply rooted in empathy, treating you as a whole person rather than just a set of symptoms. Together, we will look at how your physical health, lifestyle, background, and personal goals interconnect. I blend evidence-based treatment—including thoughtful medication management and supportive therapy—with practical tools tailored to your unique needs. You are the expert on your own life, and I am here to partner with you every step of the way to build a personalized path forward.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a warm, low-pressure space for us to get to know one another. We will walk through your health history, current challenges, and what you hope to achieve through care. I’ll ask open-ended questions to understand your story, and you’ll have plenty of time to ask questions about my background and approach. By the end of our meeting, we’ll outline a collaborative, clear plan for your next steps—at a pace that feels comfortable and right for you.
