Great to meet you!

I believe therapy should be a supportive and nonjudgmental space where clients feel safe exploring their thoughts, emotions, and life challenges. I am passionate about helping people navigate difficult experiences and build healthier patterns in their lives. My work is grounded in compassion, accountability, and collaboration.

I understand that life transitions, relationship challenges, trauma, and anxiety can feel overwhelming, and my goal is to walk alongside clients as they develop the tools and confidence needed to move forward. I strive to meet clients where they are while also gently challenging them to grow and make meaningful changes.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is client-centered, collaborative, and strengths-based. I use evidence-based approaches tailored to each person’s needs, often incorporating elements of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.

I focus on helping clients better understand the connection between their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors while developing practical strategies to manage stress, anxiety, relationship conflict, and past trauma. I also emphasize accountability and self-awareness, helping clients identify their motivations for change and build skills that support long-term emotional wellness.

What you can expect from me

The first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and begin building a strong therapeutic relationship. I will ask questions about your current concerns, personal history, relationships, and goals for therapy so I can better understand your experiences.

Clients can expect a supportive, respectful environment where they can share at their own pace. Together we will begin identifying what you would like to work on and discuss possible approaches to help you reach your goals. By the end of the session, you should have a clearer sense of how we can work together and what the next steps in therapy may look like.
