Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Erin, a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. I obtained my Master of Science in Nursing at University of Michigan, and I specialize in treating adults with anxiety, depression, ADHD, and life-related stressors. I also have a special interest in working with women and mothers navigating overwhelm, burnout, identity shifts, and the mental load that often comes with caring for a family.

I understand how challenging it can be to balance your own wellbeing while showing up for everyone else. My goal is to create a supportive, non-judgmental space where you feel heard, understood, and able to focus on yourself without guilt.

My approach is collaborative and personalized. I believe that effective treatment involves not only medication when appropriate, but also practical strategies that support real, everyday change. Whether you’re feeling stretched thin, anxious, or just not like yourself, I’m here to help you feel more balanced and in control again.

My approach to therapy

My approach to care is collaborative, patient-centered, and focused on both symptom relief and long-term wellbeing. I combine evidence-based medication management with supportive therapy techniques, including cognitive behavioral strategies, problem-solving, and practical coping skills.

I place a strong emphasis on helping patients manage the real-life demands they’re facing — whether that’s work stress, parenting responsibilities, or feeling overwhelmed by daily life. Together, we focus on small, meaningful changes that are realistic and sustainable.

For mothers in particular, I understand the unique emotional and mental load that comes with caring for others, and I work to help you prioritize your own mental health without guilt. My goal is not only to reduce symptoms, but to help you feel more present, supported, and confident in your day-to-day life.

I also prioritize education, transparency, and open communication so you feel informed and involved in your care every step of the way.

What you can expect from me

During your first session, we will complete a comprehensive intake where I take time to get to know you as a whole person — not just your symptoms. We’ll review your current concerns, mental health history, lifestyle, and any past or current treatments.

My goal is to create a comfortable, non-judgmental space where you feel heard and supported. You can expect a collaborative conversation where we explore what’s been working, what hasn’t, and what you’re hoping to improve.

We will also discuss medication options, including potential benefits, side effects, and what might best fit your needs and goals. I prioritize making sure you feel informed and involved in any decisions about your care.

By the end of the session, we’ll begin to outline a clear plan moving forward so you feel confident about next steps and supported in your treatment journey.
