Great to meet you!

I’m passionate about empowering queer and anxious people-pleasers to feel calm, compassionate, and confident in their true selves.

My approach to therapy

I use evidence-based and innovative somatic mind-body therapies to help you connect to your own inner wisdom so that you can live in alignment with your values, making the world a better place by being more you.

I’m LGBTQ+ affirming, multiculturally experienced and committed to cultural humility. I support people across the spectrum of spirituality, including those identifying as atheist, agnostic, deconstructing, spiritual and religious.

What you can expect from me

Relief at feeling understood, and hope that things can get better!

Throughout our time together, you'll learn how to listen to your body, so that your body can become the healing ally it’s been trying to be all along.

I’ll also help you turn toward the critical, exhausted and scared parts of you with curiosity and compassion so that you can heal from old hurts, let go of painful beliefs and expectations, and feel calm, confident, and like yourself again.
