Great to meet you!

I graduated with my Master’s degree from Drexel University in 2008 and have been working in the mental health field since that time. I am deeply committed to providing high-quality, ethical care tailored to each individual’s unique needs. As a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Board-Certified Art Therapist (ATR-BC) in Pennsylvania, I bring both clinical expertise and creative approaches to support meaningful growth and healing.

In addition to my professional work, I am a mother of four and value time outdoors and creative expression—experiences that continue to inform my understanding of balance, resilience, and the importance of self-care.

My approach to therapy

In our sessions, you can expect a thoughtful blend of structure and support. I draw from evidence-based approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Art Therapy — tailoring each session to your unique needs and goals.

What you can expect from me

I strive to cultivate a warm, secure environment where you can feel understood and supported, while being gently challenged to move toward lasting change and personal growth. In our initial sessions, we will explore your unique concerns and together, develop a personalized treatment plan.
