Great to meet you!

Erin is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with more than 17 years of experience supporting the mental health and wellbeing of individuals across the globe. For the past eight years, she has specialized in providing individual psychotherapy to adults, both in-person and online. Her earlier work spans community mental health, hospice, and medical settings, as well as leading teams that supported trauma survivors in war- affected countries.

My approach to therapy

Her approach to therapy is client-centered and trauma-informed. She is trained in Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Eye-Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and integrates additional evidence-based modalities such as Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR). Working from a holistic model of care

What you can expect from me

Erin partners with clients to find the therapeutic approach that best supports their needs and goals. Erin believes deeply in the wholeness and worth of every individual and that we honor ourselves and the world around us when we do our personal wellness work. She is honored to walk alongside clients on that journey.
