Great to meet you!

Hi there, I’m Erin! I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Master's Degree in Clinical Social Work from the University of Chicago School of Social Service Administration and over a decade of experience working with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, uncertainty, and major life transitions.

I am passionate about helping individuals navigate the emotional complexities of growing and building a family. With personal experience navigating infertility, miscarriage, adoption, birth trauma, and a 2x NICU mom, my focus is on helping you feel more grounded and supported through your journey.

My approach to therapy

I offer a warm, practical, down-to-earth, and collaborative approach to therapy, drawing from a range of evidence-based modalities to support your unique needs. I believe therapy should feel real and approachable, with space for honesty, growth, and even a little humor along the way. Together, we’ll focus on helping you gain insight, build practical tools, and move forward with greater clarity and confidence.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is very informal and an opportunity for you to share what is on your heart and mind, as we begin to shape a plan for supporting you through your journey. My hope is that you leave feeling less alone, supported, lighter, and clearer about a path forward.
