Great to meet you!

I have had the privilege in working in the mental health field since 2018. I graduated with my MA in Marriage in Family Therapy from Pacific Lutheran University and immediately went into working with children and families in an outpatient clinic for MultiCare Behavioral Health. In 2020 I made the shift to a group private practice where I gained experience working with a wider range of populations, ages, and treatment approaches. I have now had my independent private practice for 3 years and enjoy seeing adolescents, adults, couples and families.

My approach to therapy

My education and training has offered me experience in both systemic and individual treatment modalities including: narrative therapy, solution focused therapy, experiential therapy, CBT and ACT. I believe in utilizing a variety of therapeutic approaches to meet individual and family needs. There is no one size fits all option–let's explore what feels right for you.

What you can expect from me

We'll consider alternative and wider perspectives to help you get unstuck from unhelpful narratives. We'll find tools for better communication throughout relationships and skills for coping with life's frustrations. I believe we can take the strength you already hold and build on it as we set goals for the therapy process. I believe we can work towards helping you feel more grounded in the life you are living.
