Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm Erin (she/her/hers). I'm a clinical social worker with a Masters in Social Work from The Ohio State University. Much of my career has been spent working with public servants--veterans, military members and their families, government employees, teachers, and police officers. I believe that curiosity and connection are transformational forces and aim to bring that to all of our sessions.

My approach to therapy

I believe that you are the expert on your experiences and the opportunity to help you tap into that expertise is a gift. I integrate trauma-informed care, mindfulness-based interventions, narrative therapy, and motivational interviewing into my practice.

What you can expect from me

You can expect that our time together may bring some meaning to the questions that you are asking, but it may also bring more questions to reflect on as you move through the coming days. My goal is always to provide you with a space where you know that your growth and well-being is my priority.
