Great to meet you!

I’ve been in the mental health field for about 10 years. I received my Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from The University of Texas at San Antonio in 2018. Most of my experience is in community mental health, and I am comfortable working with all types of diagnoses and symptoms.

My approach to therapy

I offer an approach that is totally free of judgment and with an unconditional positive regard for everyone I work with. I am most comfortable with concepts from Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), Acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and Dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), although I do NOT have certification in DBT.

What you can expect from me

You can expect to feel listened to, validated, and safe when we work together. Our sessions will always be tailored to your specific needs and goals.
