As a licensed doctoral-level psychologist, I provide a non-judgmental, safe environment to clients of all ages who may be struggling with anxiety, depression, or adjustments to life changes. I try to make each session enjoyable and productive, building a strong relationship over time. Using a cognitive-behavioral framework, I help clients understand the connection between thoughts, feelings, and behaviors to increase positive emotions.
