Great to meet you!

Thanks for visiting my page, I'm Erin! Many of the people I work with feel like they're constantly putting everyone else first, struggling to say no, or carrying anxiety that makes it hard to feel grounded in their own lives. If that sounds familiar, you're in the right place. My goal is to help you build stronger boundaries, quiet the noise of anxiety, and reconnect with your sense of self-worth.

I work with adults (18+) of any genders navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, OCD, family issues, stress management, anger management, grief or loss, relationship issues, PTSD and more. I especially enjoy working with individuals struggling with boundaries, anxiety, and self-esteem, and I have a passion for supporting first responders who carry the weight of what they've seen and experienced.

My approach to therapy

My style is humorous, thought-provoking, and practical. I believe therapy should make you think, but it doesn't have to be heavy all the time. I provide homework as needed because real change happens between sessions, not just during them. Outside of work, I love live bands, reading, movies, and I can be pretty extroverted. I'm a critical thinker who enjoys digging into the "why" behind patterns and helping you see things from a new perspective.

My approach is collaborative and action-oriented. We'll work together to identify what's been weighing on you, explore the patterns that keep you stuck, and build practical tools you can use right away. I'll challenge you when it's helpful, support you when you need it, and help you strengthen your emotional resilience so you can show up for yourself the way you show up for everyone else.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we'll talk about what brought you in and what you're hoping will change. I'll ask questions to understand your story, your struggles with boundaries or anxiety, and what you're looking for from therapy. This is also your chance to see if I feel like the right fit for you.

You can expect a warm, nonjudgmental space where humor is welcome and you feel comfortable being yourself. My goal is for you to leave our first session feeling heard, understood, and ready to start building the life you deserve.
