Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, yoga teacher, and Reiki practitioner, and I take a holistic, mind-body approach to therapy. I’m trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), somatic therapy, and mindfulness-based practices, and I like to weave those into sessions when they support your goals.

I specialize in working with trauma and PTSD, ADHD, and life transitions—especially for LGBTQIA+ folks and women navigating identity, burnout, or just feeling stuck.

Therapy with me is about creating a space where you can show up as your full self. I’m here to support your healing without judgment, and to help you feel more grounded, connected, and empowered in your life.

My approach to therapy

I want therapy to feel like a space where you can exhale. If you want to wrap up in a blanket, bring your coffee, or show up exactly as you are—that’s welcome here. My goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable, supported, and free to be your authentic self.

In our work together, I’ll invite both your mind and body into the healing process. Sometimes that means slowing down and noticing what your body is holding. Other times it’s experimenting with new perspectives, exploring parts of yourself that have been pushed aside, or learning practical tools you can use in daily life. I pull from a mix of approaches—like somatic and experiential therapy, mindfulness, IFS, CBT, positive psychology, and Accelerated Resolution Therapy—but I’ll always tailor what we do to what feels most supportive for you.

Most importantly, therapy with me is not about “fixing” you—it’s about helping you connect more deeply with yourself, your resilience, and your capacity to heal.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, my focus is on getting to know you and what brings you to therapy. We’ll talk about what’s been going on in your life, what you hope to get out of therapy, and what feels most important to you right now. I’ll also share more about how I work so you know what to expect moving forward.

You don’t need to have everything figured out before you come in—many people aren’t sure where to start, and that’s completely okay. Our first meeting is really about creating a comfortable, supportive space where you can show up as yourself and begin to feel heard. From there, we’ll work together to set goals and begin shaping a path that feels right for you.
