Great to meet you!

My experience includes working with foster youth, addiction, family/couples therapy, trauma work and currently working with the adult population whom are looking to manage their mental health in a healthy way to be a better version of themselves. I wish you only the best on your journey to healing to support and empower you on this path to wellness.

My approach to therapy

I believe that trusting the therapist you work with is crucial and allowing for a safe space to share the challenges that life can bring us at times. I am privileged to be a part of all of my patient’s stories and helping them to meet their goals. My work includes using a person-centered approach utilizing CBT, DBT and Motivational Interviewing.

What you can expect from me
