Great to meet you!

If you're here, you're likely longing for change. Perhaps you're wanting more peace, confidence, connection... whatever you seek, congratulations on starting the journey! As a companion on that path, I bring 5 years of clinical experience treating a range of issues with people from diverse backgrounds in private practice and addiction treatment settings. Topics of particular interest include neurodivergence, career challenges, women's issues, anxiety, grief, and relationships.

A bit about my approach to therapy

In my work, I ask a lot of questions, reflect patterns, share insights, clarify goals, provide encouragement, and point towards resources that may accelerate progress. Full transparency, I can be on the cheesy and nerdy side--jokes or sarcasm and references to podcasts or books will likely feature in session.

What you can expect from our first session

The first session involves a conversation to get to know you, not just the problem. We'll go through where you're from, what you do and ease into what brought you to therapy. From there, we'll collaborate on your goals and set a pace that feels doable for you.
