Great to meet you!

You've already done one of the harder things — deciding to reach out. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck in patterns you can't seem to break, or carrying more than you know how to put into words, you don't have to figure it out alone.

I've been doing this work for 13 years, and one thing I know for certain: no two people's paths look the same. That's why I don't come in with a script. We'll start from where you are, build on what you're already bringing to the table, and work toward the changes that actually matter to you.

My approach to therapy

My approach is direct but collaborative. I believe therapy works best when it's honest — when we can say hard things, challenge assumptions, and also celebrate what's going well. You'll have a space to be heard without judgment, and someone who will also push you when that's what growth requires.

A lot of what we work on together will be practical: building communication skills, identifying patterns, and leaving sessions with tools you can actually use. Growth takes honesty from both of us, and that's the environment I'm committed to creating.

What you can expect from me

The first session is a conversation, not an intake form. I'll want to understand what brought you in — not just the logistics, but what finally made this feel like the right time. We'll talk through what you're hoping to get from therapy and start identifying the goals you want to work toward together.

There's no pressure to have it all figured out before we meet. Come as you are.
