Great to meet you!

A few years ago, during one of the hardest times in my life, I found myself crying in my car, singing "Hold On" by Phillip Phillips to get through waves of anxiety and depression. If you’ve been there too, you’re not alone. I’m Erin, a therapist committed to helping you navigate life’s challenges with compassion and clarity. Using a person-centered approach, I’ll support you in making meaningful changes, building resilience, and creating a more grounded, fulfilling life.

With seven years of post-Master's experience, I have and continue to work with a wide range of clients. I work with children, teens, and adults facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, grief, stress, and family issues. I also specialize in perinatal mental health, military/veteran support, and spirituality. My goal is to help clients navigate challenges with compassion and clarity.

My approach to therapy

I believe in the importance of a safe and comfortable relationship between counselor and client. I like to take a person centered approach which allows me to see the client as their own expert and me as the guide to help them find and implement changes for a healthier and happier life. I believe that honesty is important to build a healthy relationship and encourage you to share your feelings openly and without judgement as you feel comfortable doing so. I know that I start as a stranger and opening up may take some time so I promise to provide a supportive environment if you as the client will promise to open up more as you become more comfortable.

What you can expect from me

Starting therapy can feel overwhelming, and that’s okay—we’ll go at your pace. I offer a supportive, non-judgmental space where you can grow and feel heard. I’ll always advocate for your well-being because I believe therapy, when done right, can truly change your life. Contact me for a free consultation or to book your first session.
