Great to meet you!

I received my undergrad degree in Early Childhood Education from OSU in 2005. I graduated with my Master's in Social Work in 2010 from San Jose State University. Since then, I have worked primarily with children (ages 4-15) and their families in a variety of settings (residential + group home therapist, non-attorney GAL, and school based). I specialize in working with children, teens and young adults. I am trained in EMDR and am passionate about helping individuals and families heal from trauma.

My approach to therapy

I offer compassion, empathy and support to help clients feel seen and heard in their most vulnerable times and heal so they are able to function to their fullest potential.

What you can expect from me

Feeling seen, heard and able to find tangible ways to work through life stressors / anxiety.
