Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) with a Master of Social Work (MSW) from Boston College. Over the past several years, I have specialized in helping individuals navigate addiction, trauma, ADHD, and the emotional challenges that often accompany chronic health conditions, while also providing effective treatment for anxiety and depression. For those interested, I have significant niche training in the emotional challenges of transplant recipients/ those in end-stage organ failure. My approach is informed by specialized training in trauma and family systems, as well as certification in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). I am passionate about helping clients build practical skills, gain insight into longstanding patterns, and create meaningful, lasting change in their lives.

My approach to therapy

My goal is to provide a supportive, judgment-free space where you can feel understood and work through challenges at your own pace. Together, we’ll identify what’s getting in the way, build practical coping skills, and create a plan that fits your life and goals. Whether you're looking to make lasting changes, improve your relationships, or simply feel more in control, I’m here to help you take the next step forward.

What you can expect from me

Therapy is about you, and the first session is no exception. While I will typically complete some standard assessment questions, the primary focus of our first meeting is understanding what brought you to therapy and developing a plan to best support you moving forward.
