Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm Erin. Life can feel overwhelming when anxiety, stress, difficult emotions, or relationship challenges begin affecting your ability to enjoy life and feel like yourself. You may find yourself struggling to manage anger, feeling emotionally exhausted, navigating grief, or questioning who you are and what you need. I work with adolescents and adults experiencing anxiety, stress, anger management concerns, ADHD, women's issues, grief and loss, relationship difficulties, family challenges, and identity-related concerns. With over 10 years of experience, I am passionate about helping clients develop healthier ways of coping while strengthening emotional awareness and improving relationships. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling stuck or overwhelmed, and together we create a supportive space where growth, healing, and meaningful change can happen. My goal is to help you build the skills and confidence needed to navigate life's challenges with greater balance and resilience.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is supportive, honest, and person-centered. I believe healing happens when people feel safe, understood, and empowered to make meaningful changes in their lives. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Behavior Management, and strengths-based approaches to tailor treatment to each person's unique needs and goals. Together, we'll explore the thoughts, emotions, and patterns contributing to anxiety, stress, anger, relationship difficulties, grief, or identity concerns while developing practical coping strategies that can be used outside of sessions. I believe therapy should provide both emotional support and real-world tools that help clients create lasting change. My goal is to help you strengthen emotional regulation, improve communication, and develop healthier ways of responding to life's challenges while building confidence in your ability to move forward.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a safe, welcoming, and nonjudgmental environment where you can openly share your experiences and feel heard. I strive to create a collaborative relationship built on trust, honesty, and mutual respect. During our first session, we'll spend time getting to know one another, exploring what brought you to therapy, and creating a roadmap for how we can work together moving forward. My hope is that therapy helps you feel more empowered, emotionally balanced, and confident in your ability to navigate life's challenges. Together, we'll work toward building stronger coping skills, healthier relationships, and a greater sense of clarity and well-being so you can create the life you want for yourself.
