Great to meet you!

I love being a psychologist. My mission is to set the captives free--free from limiting beliefs and obstacles and free to be the person they desire being and live a life they love. I love blending science and spirituality (your relationship with your highest self) and believe most of your suffering is decreased when you 1) figure out who you want to be and be it; and 2) compassionately embrace your own humanity. I have been awarded Top Doctor (clinical psychologist) in Nevada, as well as one of the top 125 global thought leaders to follow by SUCCESS magazine.

My approach to therapy

Today you are one step closer to a new you where you feel empowered and on a positive path to growth and well-being. Trained in brief therapy, and offering empirically-validated treatments, my goal is to help you uncover your true self and potential and lead a life worth living, in the fastest time possible. I offer support, skills training and structure. My goal is to help you define your own values-driven life and to teach you the skills to bridge the gap between the life you are living and life you want to be living. Together we will reduce the suffering in your life and increase your peace, fulfillment, and happiness.

What you can expect from me

Therapy is a very personal experience. I will want to get to know you, understand why you are seeking therapy, why now, and learn abut the results you are seeking. I will ask questions that help me better understand how to best help you. There are thousands of therapists and thousands of clients...what matters is that YOU feel this is a good fit. At the end of our first session I will ask if you want to schedule another session and it's perfectly normal and OK to say, "I would like to think about it." You will get a sense of me and my style and I will share with you a tentative treatment plan and ways I believe I will be able to help you.
