Great to meet you!

With nearly three decades of experience in behavioral health and wellness, I take a collaborative, strengths-based approach to supporting clients in improving their overall well-being and quality of life. I believe caring for your mental and emotional health is one of the most meaningful investments you can make in yourself.

My approach to therapy

Together, we’ll identify areas you’d like to improve and work toward realistic changes that support your overall well-being. Our work will move at your pace and remain focused on helping you feel empowered, supported, and confident in the direction you’re heading.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is about connection, clarity, and setting the foundation for our work together. This is a low-pressure space where you don’t need to have everything figured out or even know exactly where to start. We’ll move at your pace. We’ll talk about what’s bringing you to therapy right now, what’s feeling hardest, and what you’d like to be different. I’ll ask thoughtful questions to better understand your experiences, strengths, and goals, and together we’ll begin identifying patterns that may be getting in the way of your well-being.
