Great to meet you!

Great to meet you. Seeking therapy can feel overwhelming, especially when you're struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, identity questions, stress, grief, or major life transitions. You may feel stuck in patterns that no longer serve you, disconnected from yourself, or uncertain about how to move forward. I work with adults navigating a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, women's issues, family conflict, self-esteem challenges, grief and loss, and relationship difficulties. I also have experience supporting clients in consensual non-monogamous, kink, and other nontraditional relationship structures, as well as individuals exploring identity, personal growth, and life changes. My goal is to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can openly explore your experiences, gain greater self-understanding, and build a life that feels more aligned with your values, needs, and goals.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy should be collaborative, empowering, and tailored to your unique needs. My role is to help you better understand your thoughts, emotions, experiences, and relationship patterns while developing practical tools that support meaningful change. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Motivational Interviewing, Positive Psychology, Relational Therapy, Humanistic Therapy, and Person-Centered Therapy. Together, we may explore the impact of past experiences, identify unhelpful beliefs, strengthen coping skills, improve emotional regulation, increase self-compassion, and develop healthier ways of responding to life's challenges. Whether you're experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship conflict, family stress, identity concerns, grief, or difficulties with self-worth, therapy can help you gain insight while building practical strategies that support lasting growth.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a warm, authentic, and supportive therapeutic relationship where you are treated with respect and acceptance. I strive to balance compassion with thoughtful challenge, helping you explore difficult experiences while encouraging meaningful growth. As we work together, you may develop stronger communication skills, healthier boundaries, increased confidence, greater emotional awareness, and a deeper understanding of yourself and your relationships. Many clients leave therapy feeling more empowered to navigate stress, make intentional decisions, and create lives that better reflect their values. Progress happens one step at a time, and you do not have to figure everything out alone.
