Great to meet you!

I am a mom to adult kids and a first time grandma to the most perfect baby, ever! I like Mexican food, long motorcycle rides, loud music and KU basketball. I use humor and compassion to help clients on the road to healing and feel passionate about serving the LGBTQ+ population.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I think therapy is a team sport. I won't force goals on you, or make you talk about things you aren't ready to talk about. By working together, the outcomes are usually more positive!
