Great to meet you!

I am very flexible and laid back. I always want to meet my clients where they are! I understand that finding a therapist and then getting started with therapy can be overwhelming. My goal is to make it as painless as possible!

My approach to therapy

I utilize cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, strength-based approach, mindfulness, person-centered therapy, solution focused, and reality therapy.

What you can expect from me

The first session focuses much on rapport building and information gathering. Sometimes it can feel like you have to get everything out at once, but sharing is at your pace and comfort level.
