Great to meet you!

I am a Marriage and Family Therapist dedicated to helping individuals and families build lives worth living. I bring a rich background of clinical experience working with clients across the lifespan, including children, adolescents, and adults. Outside the office, I recharge by hiking local trails with my dogs—a practice that grounds me and keeps me connected to the same balance and vitality I help my clients cultivate.

My approach to therapy

As a DBT-trained therapist, I provide evidence-based tools for clients struggling with anxiety, depression, and managing intense emotional states. I operate from a strength-based, systemic perspective, empowering clients to move beyond patterns of distress by learning to regulate emotions, navigate difficult relationships, and increase mindfulness.

What you can expect from me

I provide a safe, validating, and collaborative space where clients can learn to trust themselves and develop the resilient skills needed for sustainable mental well-being.
