Great to meet you!

Hello! My name is Erin Sadiq and I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker with extensive experience supporting individuals and families through a strengths-based, trauma-informed lens. I am passionate about fostering resilience and emotional wellness across diverse populations.

I specialize in anxiety, depression, family systems, child/adolescent mental health, and use an integrative approach that may include CBT, mindfulness, and solution-focused techniques. I am client-centered and work hard to create a safe, collaborative space for growth and healing.

I earned my Master of Social Work from the University of New Hampshire and maintain active licensure in Massachusetts. In addition to my clinical work, I am committed to ongoing professional development and community advocacy.

When not working, I love traveling, exploring new places, and soaking in the beauty of different cultures and experiences.
