Great to meet you!

If you're feeling overwhelmed by relationship stress, major life transitions, or uncertainty about what comes next, you're not alone. I work especially well with young adults navigating anxiety, college and post-grad transitions, relationship challenges, and the pressure of figuring out who they are in a new season of life.

My style is warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental. I help clients better understand themselves, break unhelpful patterns, and build the confidence to move through change with more clarity and stability.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, supportive, and tailored to each individual. I believe meaningful work begins with a strong therapeutic relationship where you feel safe being open and honest without judgment.

Together, we’ll explore patterns that may be keeping you stuck, make sense of difficult emotions, and develop practical tools you can use in everyday life. My goal is to help therapy feel grounded, approachable, and truly useful outside the session room.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, my goal is to create a space where you feel genuinely heard, not just the surface-level stuff, but whatever's underneath the overwhelm or uncertainty you've been carrying. We'll talk through what brought you in, what's feeling stuck or hard to name, and what you're hoping life looks like on the other side of this. You don't need to have it figured out before we start, that's what we're here to do together. By the end, we'll have a clearer sense of what to focus on first so you leave feeling less alone in it and more grounded about next steps.
