Great to meet you!

Mental health needs have become all too common in our busy go go lifestyles, but they don’t have to ruin our lives. Using research-proven methods in the context of a warm, empathetic therapy relationship, I’ve spent over 14 years guiding individuals and couples overcoming these hurdles so they can thrive and gain greater quality of life.

When we're nervous or sad, our brains tend to loop into negative interpretations of our experiences, leaving us feeling stuck. Working with me, clients begin to internalize their own strengths and achievements, reframing these automatic thoughts. As a result, clients tend to discover new possibilities in their life, freeing them from these cycles.

Mental wellness is as essential to survival as breathing. I'm grateful to be able to sit with clients as they begin to see a brighter future for themselves, their families, and their communities.

My approach to therapy

I meet each individual where they are. Whether you need direct motivation or a gentle encouragement. I alway engage in compassion and a realness.

What you can expect from me

I strive to develop treatment goals based on what brings each individual and/or couple into the therapeutic space. To continuously check in as to observations of growth and barriers that ensure I am providing optimal care to whom sits virtually across from me.
