Great to meet you!

As a board certified psychotherapist, I have worked with adults, children, families and couples.

With over twenty years of clinical experience, I believe your mental health is just as important if not more important than your physical health.

I specialize in working with individuals who struggle with symptoms of anxiety, depression and post-traumatic stress disorder or PTSD.

My approach to therapy

While I am well versed in multiple treatment modalities, I prefer to cater your treatment based on your unique and individual needs. I'll also ask about your preferences to include which modalities you do and do not like or find to be helpful.

What you can expect from me

I'll ask what brings you to therapy, what you're hoping to get out of our work together and how I can best support you in doing that.

We'll spend time working on your intake assessment which allows me to gather additional information so that I may better help you to achieve your treatment goals.
