Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Erin! I'm a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor and Somatic Psychotherapist with 15+ years healing teens, adults, couples, and families struggling to find their truth, voice, and purpose. I specialize in self actualization, existential crisis, relationships/self-love, shame resilience, addiction, and the microcosms of human interaction.

My approach to therapy

I’m very direct- we’ll get to the heart of the matter quickly. It's ok to feel scared and resistant- that's when the real healing begins.

I will show up with vulnerability, authenticity, and a desire to connect with your shadow and your light, so that you can feel safe to do the same. I balance the depth with lightness, and empower while highlighting humor in our human nature. We will unpack trauma, let go of defense mechanisms, and practice self-acceptance...not necessarily in that order. We will talk about your parents and your patterns and the relationship between the two.

It would be my honor to elicit, witness, and reflect your highest self along this journey.

What you can expect from me

I will probably give you homework, but you don't have to do it. Worst case scenario- homework is an assessment of readiness/willingness, a litmus test for your subconscious to tell us if we need tip toe or are ready to dive deep. Best case scenario- you do it and it moves you closer to you.

The question in this prompt asks about the environment I will create, and what you can expect to take away... In the therapy world there is this thing called unconditional positive regard- but the truth is it just means love. I want you to feel seen, understood, and validated, without judgement. That doesn't mean I won't call you out- but when I do, you'll know it's coming from love- loving, believing, and advocating for your highest self (sometimes when you can/are not).

Let's get weird.
